2. Description of Service

Mathesis Ecoways LLP provides custom eco-friendly bag manufacturing services, including jute, cotton, and canvas bags with custom branding and design. Our services include consultation, design, production, and delivery of sustainable bag solutions for businesses.

3. Order and Payment Terms

Order Process

• All orders must be placed through our official channels
• Minimum order quantity is 30 bags
• Orders are confirmed upon receipt of advance payment
• Custom designs require approval before production

Payment Terms

• 50% advance payment required for order confirmation
• Remaining 50% payment before delivery
• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR)
• Payment methods: Bank transfer, UPI, or online payment

4. Production and Delivery

Production Timeline

• Standard production time: 3-4 weeks
• Rush orders: 1-2 weeks (additional charges apply)
• Timeline starts after design approval and advance payment

Delivery

• Free delivery within Hyderabad city limits
• Additional charges for outstation delivery
• Delivery timeline: 1-3 business days after production completion
• Risk transfers to buyer upon delivery

5. Quality and Materials

We commit to:

• Using 100% eco-friendly materials (jute, cotton, canvas)
• Maintaining high quality standards
• Providing samples for approval when requested
• Following sustainable manufacturing practices

6. Customization and Design

Design Services

• Custom logo printing and embroidery available
• Design consultation included in service
• Client approval required before production
• Design changes after approval may incur additional charges

Intellectual Property

• Clients retain rights to their logos and designs
• We may showcase completed work in our portfolio
• Confidentiality agreements available upon request

7. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation before production: 90% refund
• Cancellation during production: 50% refund
• No refund after production completion
• Refunds processed within 7-10 business days

Returns and Exchanges

• Quality issues: Free replacement or full refund
• Design errors on our part: Free correction
• Client design changes: Additional charges may apply

8. Limitation of Liability

Mathesis Ecoways LLP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of or relating to our services.

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
